My daughter was not crawling or even assisted standing at 1 year old and I was concerned. We worked with Shikha for a few months and she was very friendly, patient and truly made it a fun time for my daughter. Within 2 sessions my daughter started using her leg muscles to stand. I’m happy to say that my daughter is now caught up on all her milestones and physiomax played a huge part in that. I highly recommend 10/10 experience. Thank you Shikha!

Shika and the Physiomax team are fantastic and provide excellent care. I highly recommend booking with them. I’ve had back issues for many years and I’ve had my fair share of physio experiences. This one surpasses them all. She is a pleasure to work with and is definitely an above average physio. Her thoughtful care gives me hope and real results consistently.

I came to Physiomax barely able to walk after a bad injury the night before. The attentive and thorough care and guidance of the entire staff team from Mansvi and Pooja on that first appointment and Aakaar and Shikha on many subsequent appointments was instrumental to my quick recovery. They were all a pleasure to work with and I would not hesitate to go back if the need arises.

The entire staff is very warm and attentive. They focus on getting the recovery done as efficiently as possible, and not dragging the sessions. Was here for my knee and shoulder injury, and I feel so much better now. Thank you Physiomax!

Last year, I was referred to by my family Doctor to Physiomax for my frozen shoulder. Shikha and the team did a great job. The home exercises and the theraphy I had with them helps improved my shoulder pain. The clinic is spotless and the staff are very welcoming. I highly recommend Physiomax!

This is an excellent spot for physiotherapy with an exceptional staff. Mansvi was very knowledgeable, professional, and considerate. Really listens and not dismissive. She really helped me recover from back pain that almost fully impeded my sleep. Also, a shout out to Akaar and Pooja (hopefully I got their names right) for their professionalism and courteous manners.
The only advice that I’d give is to come a bit early as parking spots are limited sometimes.

We had a wonderful experience at Physiomax Health. The physiotherapy sessions really helped my baby catch up with developmental milestones. He is now rolling, sitting, and currently working on transitioning to crawling, which has been amazing to see.
The staff is incredibly warm, kind, and flexible, always making us feel comfortable and supported. We truly appreciate the care and attention they provide. Highly recommend!

I highly recommend this team if you need physiotherapy. They are very professional, effective and respect your time and situation. You won’t sit around waiting for therapy it is planned and sequenced so you get maximum benefit from your session. I worked with Mansvi and respect her very much. She is very knowledgeable and plans your recovery in stages so you heal and strengthen in proper fashion. I will be happy to go back if I need their services in the future.

I was with Mansvi little more than 2 months for my knee, hand and neck. It was a great experience for me to be there. Shikha, Puja and Ahkar they all helped me in some way either smile, talking nicely to me, making or rescheduling appointments, putting machine or taking that off, massage, teaching new exercises and positive talk when I was feeling frustrated going through a new injury life situation. My believe this wonderful team will make some changes to the other clients as well. I am grateful to this team. Thank you for the day I stepped out with pain free and joy.

This is the best physio/orthotics experience I have had. All staff is knowledgeable and efficient. Had an injury was going elsewhere, and not getting fixed. I tried here and am very impressed, and will not go anywhere else now. Also, got my first orthotics here, and this service is also extremely professional. Great friendly place! Thank you PhyisoMax!!!

I had a great experience at Physiomax! All of the staff were very kind and capable at every turn. I went from almost not being able to walk from my back injury to being completely pain free thanks to them. I also had very poor insurance and they were able to significantly reduce the costs for me so that I could afford my sessions. I can’t say that I would get that treatment at other offices so I am very grateful for everyone on the Physiomax team! I would highly recommend to anyone needing physio therapy in the Ottawa area!

My best experience with physiotherapy! Totally professional! I am most impressed with their knowledge and understanding that has guided my progress, as well as a genuine commitment to finding solutions to my challenges. The clinic is maintained to a high standard, the clients are treated with great respect and compassion, as well as going to great lengths to help manoeuvre the health care system. A very comfortable and effective support network by really nice people. Thank you!!!

I’m incredibly grateful for the care and dedication of Mansvi Vainsh at Physiomax Health. She helped me a lot with my lower back pain, and thanks to her expert treatment and personalized approach, I feel so much better now. I found Shikha using these Google reviews and they weren’t wrong. I had seriously injured my shoulder/back due to a very hard fall playing hockey in early April. I had serous knife-stabbing pain when I took a deep breath, bent over or reached for something, and could not put any weight on my arm/shoulder. Shikha used hands-on physio therapy (not just machines) to relieve my pain (within a week), get my flexibility back (2nd week), and I’m almost back to my former strength/condition (3rd week). She’s efficient, punctual, has a pleasant and caring disposition, as do her staff. I highly recommend her and her team if you need a physiotherapist and want results. Believe me, I’ve gone to some who just didn’t have the same approach or skill.
